Our dog walking service operates 9am to 5pm, 7 days per week, rain or shine. Most of our dog walking clients book 3 to 10 walks per week to keep their dog healthy, happy, and calm, every single day.

Frequently asked questions

• How long can my dog go between potty breaks? Most healthy adult dogs are comfortable for about 4 to 6 hours. A typical workday away from home runs longer than that, which is exactly the gap a midday walk fills.

• Do you walk dogs in bad weather? Rain or shine, yes. In extreme heat or cold we shorten the outdoor portion for safety and spend the rest of the visit on indoor play and attention, so your dog still gets their full visit.

• What if my dog is reactive or shy with strangers? Tell us at the meet and greet. Our walkers are trained to read dog body language and let your dog set the pace. Many of our favorite regulars took a few visits to warm up.

• Can I book walks only on my in-office days? Absolutely. Hybrid schedules are common, and you can request or adjust visits right in the app.

• How do I know the walk actually happened? Every walk comes with a photo and a written report card sent to your phone or email before we leave, including anything we noticed, from a limp to a low water bowl.
